Health plan

I know this not beauty related but I wanna get fit and healthy. I been saying I was gone do this the longest but neva committed to it. I'm a petite lil thing so I wanted to always have a body like beyonce but of course that's not gone happen seeing as my dad never gains any weight so maybe I got it from him lol. So join me on my journey to get fit Ill post pics of my journey as I'm going. I just want to be healthy plus I been having back problems and all my doctor told me was to do zumba or excerise lol.
