Here are the rules
1. NO DIRECT or INDIRECT HEAT (brow dryers, flat irons, hooded dryers, or curling irons/wands)
2. Drink 6-8 cups of water a day (hair growth starts from the inside out)
3. Take a multivitamin Daily (One a Day Womens, Hair, Skin, and Nails, etc)
4. Deep Condition 1x per week
5. Wash your hair 1-2x per week
So I'm going to try the no heat challenge and see what happens. It's going to be a challenge because I'm lazy when it comes to my hair. So I'd have to go on youtube to find hairstyles.
I'll also be tracking what I'm using and eating. Right now it's a trial and error process because this would be my first time doing it and i have to figure out what products will work for my hair.
Join me in my challenge and document your success. Hope all is well. Stay Beautiful!
xoxo

Hair Journey Oct,2,2013
So I've cut my hair numerous times from the time I
was in 10th grade. My hair was never short but it
was about the middle of my back length. After I
graduated high school I cut all my hair off don't ask why lol guess I wanted something different.
I loved it for a couple of months until I decided I was going to grow it out ughh what a pain.
Those awkard growing out stages lol. But the
pictures you see are where I'm official starting my
healthy hair journey on relaxed hair. As you can see it's a bit damaged and my ends needed a trim. I ended up trying to trim it myself but um no I'll never do that again lol. So only thing I'll be going to the beauty salon is for trims every month or 2.
My goal is to achieve bra strap length by the new year. I don't have a long ways to go. Also my overall goal is to maintain healthy hair.
I'll be doing updates, and posts on my regimen and everything else.
If you have been on a hair journey please share tips, or advice.
I'd love to see you guys progress.
Stay beautiful.
My next post will be on products and my regimen.

Fall Makeup Cranberry and Gold
First let me say sorry for the horrible lighting it was a spur of
the moment type thing I did at night, one of those I just want
to play in my tonight.
I think the blonde hair really set this makeup off!
I used my coastal scents smokey palette, using the coppers
and golds. I actually tried to do a previous fall look for you guys but i hated how it turned out.
Using an Ulta mouse foundation in natural beige mixed with
NYX's white base and primer on my lids. Next I used the
dark black with the reflects of red shimmer on the outter corner of my eye blending it out making it
that cranberry color. You can't tell in the pics but I used a orange goldish color from the same palette
just packing on color. Next I used a deep pink purple in the crease making sure I blend everything. I
used a Costal scents liner in cabernet using a Milani lipstick in Sangria. Then I packed on a gold lip
color from my BH cosmetics 66 lip color paying close attention to the center. I went a little heavy on the blush not intently, tip "do not do makeup at night in your room if you have bad lighting". But for
the blush I used a no brand blush that was in a palette I got from my sister.
Once again sorry for the bad lighting, next fall look will be done early enough to get good pictures.
As for foundation I used Revlon colorstay in caramel.
Now for the oufit it was random lol. I just needed
something cute for the pictures. The shirt is from Charlotte Russe about a year ago and it says Be yourself, Everyone else is taken." It's a simple sweater pull over not to heavy
perfect for the transition of the cool weather. I also have on a pair of black high waisted shorts accented with gold buttons, which are from Ross. To really make this outfit pop add a pair of black opaque tights with some cute ankle booties or combat boot. Whatever suits your style. The chain I have is from Plato's which was $5.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post and for any looks you want to see feel free to leave comments.
Remember stay beautiful.

BALLER ON A BUDGET AND CUT CREASE
THIS WAS AN OUTFIT LAST WEEK SORRY FOR THE LATE POST.
BUT ANOTHER SIMPLE OUTFIT PLAYED UP WITH JEWELRY.
BREAKDOWN OF OUTFIT.
PANT'S FROM MARSHALL'S $16.99. THEY'RE MADE LIKE TUXEDO PANTS WITH A LINE
DOWN THE BACK. AND THE ELASTIC BAND OMG HEAVEN. IT'S SUCH A WAIST
ESSENTIAL FOR ME, IT HID MY MIDDLE SO WELL. I WANTED TO GET A PICTURE OF THE
BACK BUT IT DIDN'T REALLY LOOK APPROPRIATE.
MY HAT FROM DOT'S AS IN PREVIOUS POSTING AND THE CHAIN FROM PLATO'S $5.00.
AS FOR SHOES I JUST WORE SOME NUDE FLATS BUT IF I WERE GOING OUT I WOULD'VE
PULLED OUT MY HEELS PREFERABLY MY LEOPARD ONES.
HERE'S THE MAKEUP I WORE WITH IT.
I TRIED MY HAND AT A CUT CREASE BUT I WAS KINDA OF DISAPPOINTED IN IT BUT AS THE SAYING GOES PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT.
WHAT I DID WAS DREW A LINE IN MY CREASE WITH A BLACK LINER, AND SMUDGED IT
UP BUT NOT TO FAR UP. I WENT IN WITH A BLUE FROM MY COASTAL SCENTS SMOKEY
PALETTE AND ADDED A HIGHLIGHT TO MY INNER CORNER.
ADDED WHITE LINER UNDER MY WING TO ADD A MORE DRAMATIC AFFECT ALSO
ADDED WINGS. I WISH I COULD TELL YOU WHAT I HAD ON MY LIPS BUT I DON'T
REMEMBER.
HOPE YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN LOVING MY BALLER ON A BUDGET POST WILL BE GLADLY
POSTING MORE.
REMEMBER YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE THE MOST EXPENSIVE PIECES TO BE FASHIONABLE JUST WORK WITH SIMPLE PIECES AND ACCESSORIES ARE YOUR FRIEND THEY CAN BE USED FOR DIFFERENT THING. I'LL DO A POST ON THAT SOON.

WARRIOR PRINCESS
SO I WANTED TO PLAY ON MY SISTER'S FACE TO ADVANCE MY SKILLS IN MAKEUP
ARTISTRY. SHE WANTED TO BE A WARRIOR PRINCESS. THE TOP PICTURE WAS OUR
INSPIRATION. I'M SO GLAD SHE LET ME DO THIS BECAUSE IT SHOWED I COULD DO THE
WORK IF I JUST PUT MY MIND TO IT!
THIS WAS THE OUTCOME!! I SWEAR WE HAD SO MUCH FUN DOING THIS. LIKE WE HAD
TO STOP BECAUSE WE JUST TO EXCITED TO SEE THE FINISHED LOOK.
SO HOW I ACHIEVED THIS WAS USING TAPE ON BOTH SIDES
OF THE FACE THEN CONNECTING ALL TOGETHER ONCE I WAS
DONE. I USED CREAM LINE AND A FLAT TOP SQUARE BRUSH,
AND FILLED IT IN. THEN I TOOK NYX'S WHITE EYE SHADOW
BASE AND DREW ANOTHER THICK LINE AND FILLED IT IN
WITH MINT COLORED SHADOW.WENT OVER THE TOP WITH A
METALLIC GREEN LINER. I WENT BACK AND FILLED IN THE
BLACK WITH BLACK EYESHADOW TO SOFTEN IT. SHE
WANTED A DEEP BROWN FOR HER EYES. SO I USE A DARK
BROWN LINER IN HER CREASE WENT OVER IT WITH A CHOCOLATE AND MIXED A FEW
GOLDS FOR THE LID. SHE CONTOURED HER FACE AND DID HER LIPS.
WE REALLY ENJOYED DOING THIS TEAMWORK IS A MUST!!
WANT TO SEE ME TURN HER INTO MORE CHARACTERS, FEEL FREE TO LEAVE COMMENTS.
STAY BEAUTIFUL AND THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY BLOG.
XOXO
